Our customers have told us clearly: "We want the best technology at the time of purchase
and we want it at a fair price. We want it delivered fast and reliably. We want to be
supported by people who know what they are doing. We want to do business with a company,
a team, that we like to work with and who we can trust to be there to back their products
down the road.

"We originally purchased a different lumber size program and were in the process of setting it up
when we learned about SiCam. It was quite evident that the biggest advantage of SiCam over the
other program was how user friendly it was. This was especially true in the set up. It talked
our language where the other program had to have everything put into it by the buyer. You could
have been measuring panty hose for all it cared. We felt confident enough in the cost savings we
would incur at start up that we returned the other lumber size program at a cost to us. It had
never been used. SiCam was in its infancy at that time and product support was superb then.
It has only gotten better. Since the original purchase, I have moved five different individuals
into the data gathering required for our operation. Not one of them has had any difficulty making
the transition."
